ANNEXE 2(paragraphe 2(4))Application du Code SMECE de l’Alberta
1 Pour l’application du présent règlement :
a) les spécifications figurant dans les tableaux du Code SMECE de l’Alberta obligent la personne responsable;
b) il n’est pas tenu compte de la section 1.0 du Code SMECE de l’Alberta;
c) à la section 2.0 du Code SMECE de l’Alberta, il n’est pas tenu compte de la mention « Unless otherwise authorized by the Director, »;
d) il n’est pas tenu compte de la section 2.2 du Code SMECE de l’Alberta;
e) à la section 2.5.1 du Code SMECE de l’Alberta, il n’est pas tenu compte des mentions suivantes :
(i) « as specified in the facility approval »,
(ii) « in a format acceptable to the Director »,
(iii) « , if required by an approval »;
f) à la section 2.5.3 du Code SMECE de l’Alberta, il n’est pas tenu compte de la mention « or those hours during which effluent is being discharged from an effluent source as described in an approval (for noncombustion-related sources) »;
g) à la section 2.5.4 du Code SMECE de l’Alberta, il n’est pas tenu compte des mentions suivantes :
