1 The following provisions of the Canada–Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement have the force of law in Canada:
- The following provision is not in force.
(a) Articles 3.1 to 3.14; and
- The following provision is not in force.
(b) Annex 3-B.
Marginal note:Coming into force
Footnote *2 These Regulations come into force on the day on which section 40 of the Canada–Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement Implementation Act, chapter 8 of the Statutes of Canada, 2026, comes into force, but if they are registered after that day, they come into force on the day on which they are registered.
