Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, makes the annexed CICEPA Rules of Origin Regulations under subsection 16(2)a of the Customs Tariffb.S.C. 2001, c. 28, s. 34(1)S.C. 1997, c. 36Rules of originThe following provisions of the Canada–Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement have the force of law in Canada:Articles 3.1 to 3.14; andAnnex 3-B.Coming into forceThese Regulations come into force on the day on which section 40 of the Canada–Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement Implementation Act, chapter 8 of the Statutes of Canada, 2026, comes into force, but if they are registered after that day, they come into force on the day on which they are registered.
