Determination of Country of Origin for the Purpose of Marking Goods (CUSMA Countries) Regulations (SOR/94-23)

3 (1) Goods set out in Schedule I that are imported from a CUSMA country shall be marked so as to indicate their country or countries of origin as determined under these Regulations.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to goods set out in Schedule II.

(3) The outermost usual container of goods referred to in any of items 10 to 14 and 18 of Schedule II shall be marked with the country or countries of origin of the goods contained in that outermost usual container.
