Regulations Prescribing the Fee To Be Paid for the Issuance of Licences for the Possession or Sale of Devices Used for the Surreptitious Interception of Private Communications

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(a)Footnote * of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations prescribing the fee to be paid for the issuance of licences for the possession or sale of devices used for the surreptitious interception of private communications.

Short Title
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Private Communications Interception Fee Regulations.
Fee
2 The fee to be paid by an individual, for the issuance of a licence by the Solicitor General of Canada for the possession or sale of devices used for the surreptitious interception of private communications, is $56.
