Order Authorizing the Minister of Finance to Exercise the Powers of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans Referred to in the Act in Respect of National Sea Products Limited
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 7 of the Atlantic Fisheries Restructuring Act, is pleased hereby:
(a) to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1988-734 of April 21, 1988; and
(b) to authorize the Minister of Finance to exercise the powers of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans referred to in that Act in respect of National Sea Products Limited.
