6.8 (1) Subject to section 6.9, every boiler, pressure vessel and piping system in use in a work place shall be inspected

• (a) externally, at least once each year; and

• (b) internally, at least once every five years.

(2) Paragraph (1)(a) does not apply to a pressure vessel that is buried.
