11 Every individual appointed to the Stakeholder Advisory Council, other than an elected director of the Association, must

• (a) represent the interests of the stakeholder that that individual is appointed to represent;

• (b) not be a director, officer or employee of a member; and

• (c) not be a director of the Association.
