Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act Separate Agency Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 209(3) of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, as enacted by section 2 of the Public Service Modernization ActFootnote a, hereby makes the annexed Public Service Labour Relations Act Separate Agency Designation Order.

Designation

 Any separate agency set out in the schedule is hereby designated for the purposes of paragraph 209(1)(d) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act.

Coming into Force

 This Order comes into force on April 1, 2005.
