The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 40.3(3)Footnote a of the Public Service Superannuation Act and paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Maintaining Certain Reciprocal Transfer Agreements.

1 The Reciprocal Transfer Agreement between Her Majesty in right of Canada and the employer set out in column 1 of an item of the Schedule, made on the date set out in column 2 of that item, is excluded from the application of subsection 40.3(2) of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
2 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
