Regulations Maintaining Certain Reciprocal Transfer Agreements

The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 40.3(3)Footnote a of the Public Service Superannuation Act and paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Maintaining Certain Reciprocal Transfer Agreements.

 The Reciprocal Transfer Agreement between Her Majesty in right of Canada and the employer set out in column 1 of an item of the Schedule, made on the date set out in column 2 of that item, is excluded from the application of subsection 40.3(2) of the Public Service Superannuation Act.

 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
