Deposit Insurance Application Fee By-law
The Board of Directors of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to paragraph 11(2)(g)Footnote a and subsection 18(1)Footnote b of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation Act, hereby makes the annexed Deposit Insurance Application Fee By-law.

Prescribed Fee
1 The prescribed fee that is to accompany an application for deposit insurance made by a provincial institution under subsection 17(1.1) of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation Act is $20,000 and is non-refundable.
