Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2‍(a)Footnote ^a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties ActFootnote ^b, transfers from the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness to the Minister of Emergency Management and Community Resilience the powers, duties and functions under section 7 of the Emergency Management ActFootnote ^c that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2025-418 of March 14, 2025Footnote ^d.
