Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,
(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-777 of July 26, 2023Footnote a; and

(b) designates the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Referendum ActFootnote b.
