Reservation to the Crown Waiver Order (Hecla and Griper Bay, N.W.T.) (SI/2012-76)

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 13Footnote ^a of the Territorial Lands ActFootnote ^b, orders that the lands described in the annexed schedule lying within 30.48 m (100 feet in width) of the ordinary high water mark along the shoreline of Hecla and Griper Bay and any unnamed stream, creek or waterbody within or adjacent to that land, in the Northwest Territories, be included in the grant of those lands.
