Air Cushion Vehicle Regulations (C.R.C., c. 4)

Short Title

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Air Cushion Vehicle Regulations.

Interpretation

2 In these Regulations, air cushion vehicle means a machine designed to derive support in the atmosphere primarily from reactions against the earth’s surface of air expelled from the machine.

Exclusion

3 Commercial air services provided by means of air cushion vehicles are excluded from the operation of Part II of the Aeronautics Act.
