- 35 Sections 6.21 and 6.22 of the Health of Animals Regulations, as enacted by section 12, do not apply before January 30, 2008, except to operators of registered establishments, as defined in subsection 2(1) of the Meat Inspection Act, and persons employed in those establishments.
