Lake Louise Ski Area

In Banff National Park of Canada, the following described area:

The whole of Parcels JM, JN, JO, JP, JQ, JR and JS and the Temple Road and Lipalian Mountain avalanche areas as shown on Plans 107416, 107417, 107418, 107419 and 107420 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, copies of which have been deposited in the Alberta Land Titles Office at Calgary under numbers 1811569, 1811571, 1811573, 1811574 and 1812006, said parcels containing 1660.7 hectares, more or less.

Mount Norquay Ski Area

In Banff National Park of Canada, the following described area:

The whole of parcel HY and parcels JA, JB, JC and JD as shown on Plan numbers 102068 and 102069 respectively in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, copies of which have been deposited in the Alberta Land Titles Office at Calgary under numbers 1312143 and 1312144 respectively, said parcels containing 260.33 hectares, more or less.

Marmot Basin Ski Area

In Jasper National Park of Canada, the following described area:

The whole of parcel GS and parcels GT and GU as shown on Plan numbers 98059 and 98067 respectively in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, copies of which have been deposited in the Land Titles Office for the North Alberta Land Registration District at Edmonton under numbers 112 0917 and 112 0921 respectively, said parcels containing 622 hectares, more or less.

Mount Agassiz Ski Area

In Riding Mountain National Park of Canada, the following described area:

All that parcel of land shown as Mount Agassiz Ski Resort on Plan 64217 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office in Neepawa as 6406, said parcel containing 141.64 hectares, more or less.

Sunshine Village Ski Area

In Banff National Park of Canada, the following described area:

The whole of parcel JT and avalanche areas 1 and 2 and the fibre optic right-of-way as shown on Plans 107995, 107996 and 108040 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, copies of which have been deposited in the Alberta Land Titles Office in Calgary under numbers 1910580, 1910581 and 1910678, said parcel, areas and right-of-way containing 1062 hectares, more or less.
