189.1 Despite section 164.2 of the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation and Offshore Renewable Energy Management Act, if the offshore area, as defined in section 2 of that Act, is mentioned in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to this Act, section 164.2 of that Act does not apply.
