R.S., c. P-36Public Service Superannuation Act
114 Part II of Schedule I to the Public Service Superannuation Act is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

2017, c. 15National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians Act
115 (1) The definition department in section 2 of the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians Act is replaced by the following:
- department
department means, except in subsection 25(2), a department named in Schedule I to the Financial Administration Act, a division or branch of the federal public administration — other than a review body or the office of the Intelligence Commissioner — set out in column I of Schedule I.1 to that Act, a corporation named in Schedule II to that Act, a parent Crown corporation as defined in subsection 83(1) of that Act, the Canadian Forces or the Foreign Influence Transparency Commissioner appointed under subsection 9(1) of the Foreign Influence Transparency and Accountability Act. (ministère)
(2) The definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Act is amended by striking out “or” at the end of paragraph (c.1), by adding “or” at the end of paragraph (d) and by adding the following after paragraph (d):
(e) with respect to the Foreign Influence Transparency Commissioner appointed under subsection 9(1) of the Foreign Influence Transparency and Accountability Act, the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness. (ministre compétent)
2019, c. 13, s. 2National Security and Intelligence Review Agency Act
116 (1) The definition department in section 2 of the National Security and Intelligence Review Agency Act is replaced by the following:
- department
department means, other than in subsection 42(2), a department named in Schedule I to the Financial Administration Act, a division or branch of the federal public administration — other than a review body and the office of the Intelligence Commissioner — set out in column I of Schedule I.1 to that Act, a corporation named in Schedule II to that Act, a parent Crown corporation as defined in subsection 83(1) of that Act, the Canadian Forces or the Foreign Influence Transparency Commissioner appointed under subsection 9(1) of the Foreign Influence Transparency and Accountability Act. 117 (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Part comes into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.

(2) Paragraph (b) of the definition public office holder in section 2 of the Foreign Influence Transparency and Accountability Act, as enacted by section 113, and paragraph 4(b) of that Act come into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council, but that day must not be before the day referred to in subsection (1).

(3) Paragraphs (c) and (d) of the definition public office holder in section 2 of the Foreign Influence Transparency and Accountability Act, as enacted by section 113, and paragraph 4(c) of that Act come into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council, but that day must not be before the day referred to in subsection (1).
