168 (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Division comes into force or is deemed to have come into force on April 1, 2023.

(2) Sections 146, 147, 150 to 152, 157 and 158, subsections 159(2) and (3) and sections 160 and 166 come into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council, but that day must be after March 31, 2023.
