61 The fee in respect of the filing, verification or copying of any document or in respect of any activity that is set out in column 1 of an item of Schedule 3 that is carried out by the Director under the Act is the fee set out in column 2 of that item and shall be paid to the Director on the filing, verification or copying of the document or before the Director carries out the activity in respect of which the fee is payable.
