Industrial Hemp Regulations
Version of section 25 from 2006-03-22 to 2018-10-16:
25 The Minister shall revoke an import permit
(a) at the request of the permit holder;
(b) on being notified by the permit holder that the permit has been lost or stolen;
(c) if the permit holder’s licence is revoked; or
(d) if the Minister has reasonable grounds to believe, in respect of a shipment, that the package or the contents contravene any known requirement of the laws of the country from which the industrial hemp is imported, or any country of transit or transhipment.
