Designation
1 An offence under a provision of an enactment set out in column I of the Schedules is designated as a contravention for the purposes of the Contraventions Act.

Short-Form Description
2 The short-form descriptions of offences under a provision set out in column I of an item of the Schedules are the descriptions set out in column II of that item.
