Crown Corporation General Regulations, 1995
Version of section 2.1 from 2024-05-03 to 2024-06-19:
2.1 The following Crown corporations and their wholly-owned subsidiaries are exempt from the application of section 91 of the Act:
(a) Canada Growth Fund Inc.; and
(b) Canada Development Investment Corporation, with respect to transactions carried out for the purposes of the operation of the Trans Mountain Pipeline System or of its divestiture, in whole or in part.
