Version of section 26 from 2006-03-22 to 2016-03-31:
26 The Minister may discharge a client from a departmental facility or recommend the discharge of a client from a contract bed if the client
(a) commits a serious breach of the rules of the departmental facility or the community facility in which the contract bed is located;
(b) wilfully retards the treatment;
(c) wilfully disturbs patients or staff; or
(d) fails to pay accommodation and meal fees within a reasonable period after the fees become payable.
