    • (1) Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk

      • (a) Black Creek

        That part of Black Creek in the City of Nanticoke, formerly the Township of Woodhouse, lying between Highway Number 3 and the water’s edge of Lake Erie;

      • (b) Lynn River

        That part of Lynn River in the City of Nanticoke, formerly the Township of Woodhouse, and in the Town of Port Dover, lying between the Misner Dam and the water’s edge of Lake Erie;

      • (c) Big Creek

        That part of Big Creek in the Townships of Delhi and Norfolk lying between Regional Road 21 and the water’s edge of Long Point Bay of Lake Erie;

      • (d) Trout Pond of Waterford Ponds

        Trout Pond of Waterford Ponds in the City of Nanticoke; and

      • (e) Young’s Creek

        That part of Young’s Creek in the City of Nanticoke, formerly the Township of Woodhouse, between the downstream side of the bridge on the lakeshore road and the high-water mark of Lake Erie at Port Ryerse.

    • (2) Regional Municipality of Niagara

      • (a) Twelve Mile Creek

        That part of Twelve Mile Creek in the City of St. Catharines lying between Lakeport Road and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario;

      • (b) Fifteen Mile Creek

        That part of Fifteen Mile Creek in the City of St. Catharines and the Town of Lincoln lying between the Queen Elizabeth Way and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario;

      • (c) Sixteen Mile Creek

        That part of Sixteen Mile Creek in the Town of Lincoln lying between the Queen Elizabeth Way and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario;

      • (d) Twenty Mile Creek

        That part of Twenty Mile Creek in the Town of Lincoln lying between the Queen Elizabeth Way and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario;

      • (e) Forty Mile Creek

        That part of Forty Mile Creek in the Town of Grimsby lying between the Queen Elizabeth Way and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario.

    • (3) County of Lambton

      Ausable River

      That part of Ausable River known locally as “The Cut” in the Township of Bosanquet in the County of Lambton from the bridge on Highway Number 21 downstream to the water’s edge of Lake Huron at Port Franks.

    • (1) County of Bruce

      • (a) Penetangore River

        That part of the Penetangore River in the Town of Kincardine lying between the downstream side of the Floyd Wieck Bridge that forms part of Queen Street in the said Town of Kincardine and the water’s edge of Lake Huron;

      • (b) Sauble River

        That part of the Sauble River in the Township of Amabel lying between a line drawn perpendicularly across the said river being distant 440 m measured downstream along the thread of the said river from the lowest ledge of Sauble Falls and the water’s edge of Lake Huron;

      • (c) Saugeen River

        That part of the Saugeen River in the townships of Saugeen and Amabel and in the Town of Southampton lying between the downstream side of the concrete abutments situated downstream from Denny’s Dam and the water’s edge of Lake Huron.

    • (2) County of Grey

      • (a) Bighead River

        That part of the Bighead River in the Town of Meaford, lying between the northerly side of the bridge that forms part of Highway Number 26 and the water’s edge of Nottawasaga Bay of Georgian Bay;

      • (b) Bothwell’s Creek

        That part of Bothwell’s Creek in the Township of Sydenham lying between the northerly side of the bridge on Grey County Road Number 15 and the water’s edge of Owen Sound of Georgian Bay;

      • (c) Pottawatomi River

        That part of the Pottawatomi River in the City of Owen Sound lying between a line drawn across the said river on a course of south astronomic from the intersection of the centrelines of 15th Street West and 7th Avenue and the water’s edge of Owen Sound of Georgian Bay;

      • (d) Sydenham River

        That part of the Sydenham River in the City of Owen Sound lying between a line drawn perpendicularly across the said river being distant 177 m measured downstream along the thread of the said river from the Mill Dam and the water’s edge of Owen Sound of Georgian Bay;

      • (e) Keefers Creek

        That part of Keefers Creek in the Township of Sydenham lying between the northerly side of the bridge on Grey County Road Number 15 and the water’s edge of Owen Sound of Georgian Bay.

    • (3) County of Huron

      • (a) Bayfield River

        That part of the Bayfield River in the townships of Goderich and Stanley lying between the centerline of Highway Number 21 and the water’s edge of Lake Huron;

      • (b) Maitland River

        That part of the Maitland River in the Town of Goderich and in the Township of Colborne lying between the centerline of Highway Number 21 and the water’s edge of Lake Huron.

    • (4) Regional Municipality of Halton

      • (a) Bronte Creek

        That part of Bronte Creek in the Town of Oakville, formerly in the Village of Bronte, lying between Highway Number 2 and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario.

      • (b) Oakville Creek

        That part of Oakville Creek in the Town of Oakville lying between the Highway Number 2 and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario;

      • (c) Grindstone Creek

        That part of Grindstone Creek in the City of Burlington lying between Highway Number 2 (known locally as Plains Road) and the water’s edge of Hamilton Harbour of Lake Ontario in the City of Hamilton.

    • (5) Regional Municipality of Hamilton-Wentworth

      • (a) Spencer Creek

        That part of Spencer Creek in the City of Hamilton lying between Highway Number 102 and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario; and

      • (b) Grindstone Creek

        That part of Grindstone Creek in the City of Burlington lying between Highway Number 2 (known locally as Plains Road) and the water’s edge of Hamilton Harbour of Lake Ontario in the City of Hamilton.

    • (6) Regional Municipality of Peel

      Credit River

      That part of the Credit River and its tributaries in the City of Mississauga lying between the most southerly side of the bridge that forms part of the Highway known as Queen Elizabeth Way and the water's edge of Lake Ontario; and that part of the Credit River and its tributaries in the City of Mississauga lying between the most northerly side of the bridge that forms part of Dundas Street and the most southerly side of the bridge that forms part of Highway 403.

    • (7) City of Toronto

      • (a) Humber River

        That part of the Humber River lying between Eglinton Avenue and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario;

      • (b) Rouge River

        That part of the Rouge River lying downstream of the southerly limit of Highway 2 to the water’s edge of Lake Ontario.

    • (9) County of Simcoe

      • (a) Nottawasaga River

        That part of the Nottawasaga River lying between the confluence of the main channel of the said river with the Boyne River and the water’s edge of Georgian Bay of Lake Huron; and

      • (b) [Repealed, SOR/2001-50, s. 26]

      • (c) Coldwater River

        That part of Coldwater River lying between County Road 19 and the water’s edge of Georgian Bay of Lake Huron.

  • 3 Division 6

    • (1) Regional Municipality of Durham

      • (a) All watercourses

        That part of all watercourses in the Regional Municipality of Durham lying between the southerly limit of the Canadian National Railway tracks and the water’s edge of Lake Ontario;

      • (b) Soper Creek

        That part of Soper Creek in the Town of Newcastle lying between the Canadian National Railway bridge in Lot 10 in Broken Front Concession, according to the plan of the Township of Darlington, and Bowmanville Creek.

      • (c) Rouge River

        That part of the Rouge River in the City of Pickering downstream of the southerly limit of Highway 2 to the water’s edge of Lake Ontario.

    • (2) County of Northumberland

      The Ganaraska River, Gages Creek and Cobourg Brook (Factory Creek) in the County of Northumberland lying between the southerly limit of the Canadian National Railway tracks and the high-water mark of Lake Ontario.
