        That part of Little Otter Creek, also known as the east branch of Big Otter Creek, in the Township of Bayham.

    • (2) Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk

      • (a) Big Creek

        That part of Big Creek south of the Quance Dam in the Town of Delhi and lying within the Townships of Middleton, Charlotteville, North Walsingham and South Walsingham;

      • (c) Young Creek (or Ryerse Creek)

        That part of Young Creek in the Township of Delhi and the City of Nanticoke or the former Townships of Charlotteville and Woodhouse, from the mill dam on Lot 23, Concession III, Township of Charlotteville, southeasterly to Lake Erie.

        That part of North Creek south of Highway 3 in the Township of Middleton;

        That part of the Grand River from the boundary of the County of Brant to the edge of Lake Erie.

        The waters of that part of the Grand River from 25 m downstream of Wilkes Dam in the City of Brantford downstream to the boundary of the County of Brant.

      • (b) Grand River

        The waters of the main stem of the Grand River between the former town of Paris (City of Brant County) and Brantford from a line across the Grand River in the former town of Paris at 100 m downstream of the Highway 2 bridge downstream to the pedestrian and service bridge that crosses the Grand River on an angle upstream (west) of the Brant Conservation Area, in the City of Brantford defined as Lot 21 (Centre) of the 3rd Concession of Brantford Geographic Township.

    • (1) County of Bruce

      • (a) Little Sauble River

        That part of the Little Sauble River in the Township of Bruce between Highway Number 21 and Lake Huron;

      • (b) Sauble River

        That part of the Sauble River in the Township of Amabel from Sauble Falls westerly to Lake Huron;

      • (c) Saugeen River

        That part of the Saugeen River in the Townships of Arran, Amabel, Brant, Elderslie and Saugeen and in the Town of Walkerton and in the Village of Paisley, in the County of Bruce, lying between the Truax Dam in the said Town of Walkerton and the westerly edge of the concrete abutments situated downstream from Denny’s Dam, in the Townships of Amabel and Saugeen.

    • (2) County of Grey

      • (a) Beaver River

        That part of the Beaver River in the Township of Collingwood from the Thornbury hydro-electric power dam northerly to Georgian Bay;

      • (b) Bighead River

        That part of the Bighead River in the Township of St. Vincent.

    • (3) County of Huron

      • (a) Bayfield River

        That part of the Bayfield River in the townships of Goderich and Stanley between Highway Number 4 and the centerline of Highway Number 21;

      • (b) Maitland River

        That part of the Maitland River in the townships of Colborne, Goderich, East Wawanosh, West Wawanosh and Turnberry between Highway Number 4 and the centerline of Highway Number 21;

      • (c) Nine Mile River

        That part of the Nine Mile River in the townships of Ashfield and West Wawanosh lying between Highway Number 86 and Lake Huron.

    • (4) County of Simcoe

        That part of Hog Creek in the Township of Tay from the Canadian Pacific Railway bridge northerly to Hog Bay of Georgian Bay;

        That part of the North River from MacLaughlins Falls in the Township of Matchedash southerly to Matchedash Bay of Georgian Bay;

      That part of Bronte Creek in the Town of Oakville lying between Highway Number 5 (known locally as Dundas Street) and the unopened road allowance between Concession III and Concession IV (the westerly prolongation of the road known locally as Rebecca Street).3. Division 6
