Ontario Fishery Regulations, 1989

34 Subject to subsection 35(1), no person engaged in commercial fishing shall fish for, catch and retain or have on board a vessel a fish of a species set out in Column II of a subitem of an item of Schedule XII in the waters set out in Column I of that item during the close time set out in Column III of that subitem.
