20 (1) Subject to subsections (3) to (6), no person shall engage in angling with a line to which more than four hooks are attached.
(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), where an artificial lure is used, each double or treble hook attached to it is deemed to be one hook.
(3) No person shall in Division 14
(a) possess for the purpose of fishing any hook other than a single-pointed barbless hook; or
(b) engage in angling with a line to which more than one single-pointed barbless hook is attached.
(4) No person shall engage in angling in the waters set out in Column I of the table to this subsection during the period set out in Column II of that table
(a) with a line to which any hook other than a barbless hook is attached; or
(b) with a line to which more than one barbless hook is attached.
