(7) The waters of that part of the Thames River in the counties of Elgin, Kent and Middlesex extending easterly from the east side of the Keil Drive Bridge, also known as the Parry Bridge, in the City of Chatham to the west side of the Middlemiss Bridge at the junction of County Road Number 9 in the County of Middlesex and County Road Number 14 in the county of Elgin.

(8) The waters of that part of Bradley Creek in the County of Elgin, situated at approximate Latitude 42°45′N., Longitude 81°03′W., lying between the west side of the dam at Elgin County Road No. 35 in the Township of Yarmouth and the junction of Bradley Creek and Catfish Creek.

(9) The waters of Big Creek lying southerly of the dam in the Hamlet of Teeterville to the Quance dam in the Town of Delhi in the Township of Delhi in the Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk.

(1) The waters of Indian Brook and its tributaries in the Township of Collingwood in the County of Grey.

(2) The waters of the Sturgeon River in the townships of Medonte and Tay lying upstream of the lamprey barrier in the Township of Tay.

(3) The waters of that part of Black River in the Town of Georgina in the Regional Municipality of York lying within Lot 1 in Concession VII and lots 1 and 2 in Concession VIII.

(4) The waters of that part of the Pefferlaw River in the Town of Georgina in the Regional Municipality of York lying between the dam situated on Lot 23 in Concession V and the allowance for the road between concessions VI and VII.

(5) The waters of the southerly part of Nottawasaga River lying within Lot 1 in Concession V of the Township of Essa in the County of Simcoe.

(9) The waters of that part of Gleason Brook in the Township of Keppel, in the County of Grey, lying between the falls immediately downstream of the bridge on Grey County Road Number 26 and the water’s edge of Colpoys Bay of Georgian Bay and that part of Colpoys Bay of Georgian Bay situated at the outlet of Gleason Brook and lying within a radial distance of 35 m measured from the point on the thread of the said brook at the northerly edge of Cecil Spicer Bridge on Shore Road.

(10) The waters of the Boyne River extending westerly from the northeasterly limit of an abandoned right-of-way limit of the Canadian National Railway in the easterly half of Lot 2 in Concession VII in the Township of Tosorontio to the Earl Rowe Provincial Park dam in the easterly half of Lot 2 in Concession VI in the Township of Tosorontio.

FIRSTLY: That part of Lovesick Lake lying easterly of the east gate of Lovesick Lock of the Trent Canal system and of the east face of the two dams constructed at the south end of Wolf Island to a line drawn southerly from the shore of Wolf Island to the shore of Millage Island and being parallel to and 100 m in perpendicular distance from the east gate of Lovesick Lock.

SECONDLY: That part of Lovesick Lake lying easterly of the east face of the two dams constructed at the southerly end of Millage Island, the northerly dam known as Grey Duck Dam and the southerly dam known as Sunset Dam, to a line drawn southerly from the shore of Millage Island to the southerly shore of Lovesick Lake and being parallel to and 100 m in perpendicular distance from the east face of the northerly dam.

(1) The waters of that part of Sand Lake (Latitude 44°33′N., Longitude 76°14′W.) lying within lots 12 and 13 in Concession V and Lot 13 in Concession VI in the Township of South Crosby in the geographic County of Leeds and which said part may be more particularly described as being all of that bay (known locally as Freeman’s Bay) situated north of Powell Bay of Sand Lake and lying west of a line joining the most easterly extremity of a point of land (known locally as Eagle Point) in said Lot 12 in Concession V and the most westerly extremity of a point of land (known locally as Mustard Point) in said Lot 13 in Concession V.

(2) The waters of that part of Newboro Lake known as the Bog in the Township of South Crosby in the geographic County of Leeds lying within lots 22, 23 and 24 in Concession II, and lots 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 in Concession III.

(3) The waters of that part of Newboro Lake known as Old Iron Mine Bay in the townships of North Crosby and South Crosby in the geographic County of Leeds, and described as follows: Commencing at the most southwesterly extremity of Lot 25 in Concession VI in the Township of South Crosby; thence southwesterly in a straight line to the most southerly extremity of Knowlton Island; thence continuing southwesterly in a straight line to the most southeasterly extremity of Bobbs Island; thence in a general northwesterly and southwesterly direction along the high-water mark on the easterly and northerly shores of Bobbs Island to its intersection with the southeasterly production of the southwesterly limit of Lot 2 in Concession VII in the Township of North Crosby; thence northwesterly along that production to the northerly shore of Newboro Lake; thence in a general northeasterly and southeasterly direction along the high-water mark on the northerly shore of Newboro Lake to the place of beginning.

(70) The waters of the Dog River located in the Township of West in the Territorial District of Algoma, described as follows: Commencing at the high-water mark of Dog River at the southeastern corner of the C.P.R. trestle; thence northerly upstream along the high-water mark of the eastern shore of the Dog River and thence northeasterly to where the Dog River intersects the northern boundary of West Township; thence westerly along the northern boundary of West Township across the Dog River to the high-water mark of its opposite shore; thence downstream along the high-water mark of the western shore of the Dog River, past the C.P.R. railway bridge, to a point 200 m north of the mouth of that river on the shore of Dog Lake; thence southerly at a distance of 200 m from the mouth of that river to a point on the high-water mark, 200 m south of the mouth of the Dog River on the shore of Dog Lake; thence following the high-water mark along the shoreline of that lake and that river to the place of beginning.

(71) The waters of McKee Creek at 57 Bay of Dog Lake located in the Township of Stover in the Territorial District of Sudbury described as follows: Commencing at the high-water mark at a point on the northern shore of 57 Bay, 200 m east of the mouth of McKee Creek; thence northerly along the high-water mark of 57 Bay and McKee Creek, a distance of 300 m; thence westerly across McKee Creek to the high-water mark on the opposite shore; thence southerly along the high-water mark, a distance of 300 m to a point 200 m west of the mouth of McKee Creek on the shore of 57 Bay; thence easterly at a distance of 200 m from the mouth of McKee Creek to the place of beginning.

(99) The waters of Waterhen Creek in Ossian Township from the culvert crossing of the Pontiac-McVittie Road east to the mouth of the creek as it flows into Labyrinth Lake.

(100) The waters of Racine Lake, North East Judicial Region, beginning at Latitude 48°00′25″., Longitude 83°19′50″W. where the northern boundary of Lots 8 and 9, Concession 5, D’Arcy Township, crosses Racine Lake and including all waters of the lake southward to the first rapids in Lot 10, Concession 3, D’Arcy Township at 47°57′25″N., 83°20′10″W.

(114) The waters of Picnic Lake and Tukanee Creek (48°36′N., 85°15′W.) located in Hunt Township in the Territorial District of Algoma, described as follows: The bay on the southeast corner of Picnic Lake south of a line extending from the point on the east shore of the lake about 200 m northeast at the culverts of Highway 631 northwest to the point on the south shore about 200 m north of the culverts at Highway 631 including the bay known as Little Picnic Lake; and Tukanee Creek from Picnic Lake upstream about 500 m to the first pond above the small bridge.

(115) The waters of Ruthie Lake (48°42′N., 85°14′W.) and its tributaries located in Common Township in the Territorial District of Algoma, described as follows: The south bay of Ruthie Lake south of a line extending from the point on the east shore about 320 m north of the south end of the lake west to the east point of the island in the south bay and from the west point of that island west to the point on the west shore of the lake about 450 m northwest of the south end of the lake; the tributary at the southeast corner of the lake upstream to the top of the first rapids; and the tributary at the southwest corner of the lake upstream to John Lake.

(116) The waters of Crayfish Lake (48°16′N., 85°05′W.) and its tributaries located in Killins Township in the Territorial District of Algoma, described as follows: The two small bays at the south end of Crayfish Lake south of a line extending due east and due west through the tip of the peninsula about 200 m northwest of the inlet from West Kabenung Lake; all the tributary waters from West Kabenung Lake to Crayfish Lake; and the tributary about 200 m west of the inlet from West Kabenung Lake from Crayfish Lake to the small lake about 150 m upstream.

(117) The waters of Kabenung Lake and Ruthelda Creek (48°18′N., 84°57′W.) located in Dahl Township in the Territorial District of Algoma, described as follows: The narrow bay on the northeast corner of Kabenung Lake northeast of a line extending from the point on the north shore about 400 m southwest of the crossing at Highway 17 southwesterly to the point on the east shore about 400 m southwest of the crossing at Highway 17; and Ruthelda Creek upstream to the top of the first rapids about 700 m east of the crossing at Highway 17.

(118) The waters of Dibben Bay (48°33′N., 84°13′W.) of Wabatongushi Lake and Dibben Creek in the Townships of Simpson, Moorehouse and Challener in the Territorial District of Algoma, described as follows: The part of Wabatongushi Lake northeast of a line extending from the point on the northeast shore about 1300 m west of the mouth of Dibben Creek, southeast to a point on the east shore about 1200 m southwest of Dibben Creek, and Dibben Creek from Wabatongushi Lake upstream about 4 km to Dibben Lake, and including the creek connecting Dibben Creek and the unnamed lake due north of Dibben Lake.

(32) All those waters of Little North Lake, Pine River and Little Gunflint Lake, in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay, which said waters are bound on the east by a line drawn perpendicular to the International Boundary between Canada and the United States of America, through a point on the northerly shore of Little North Lake, which said point is distant 120 m measured easterly along the said shore from the outlet of the said lake, and on the west by a line drawn perpendicular to the said International Boundary through a point on the northerly shore of Little Gunflint Lake which said point is distant 150 m measured westerly along the said shore from the outlet of Pine River at Little Gunflint Lake.

(33) All those waters of Maligne River and Curran Bay of Saganaga Lake, in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay, which said waters are bound on the east by the top of the Maligne River Rapids and on the west by a line drawn northeasterly from a point in the water’s edge at the most northeasterly extremity of a peninsula of land on the southwesterly shore of the said Curran Bay to the nearest point on the northeasterly shore thereof, which said peninsula is distant 800 m, more or less, from the top of the said rapids.

(3) The waters of Spawning Creek from Spawning Lake to Spawning Bay, Spawning Bay and that part of Loon Bay of Lake Temagami north of a line drawn from east to west from the southernmost point of island number 1022 in the geographic townships of Briggs and Joan in the Territorial District of Nipissing.

(4) The waters of that part of Kokoko Bay lying north of a line drawn from east to west across that bay from the northernmost point of island number 1063 in Lake Temagami in the geographic Township of Joan in the Territorial District of Nipissing.

(1) The waters of Lake Nipissing in the Township of Himsworth North lying east of the northerly projection of the eastern boundary of Lot 9, Concession XXIV and south of a line joining this projection, where it meets Lake Nipissing, to the northwest tip of Burford Point and the mouth of the Wistiwasing River.

(2) The waters of the Sturgeon River and Lake Nipissing in the Township of Springer in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between the bridge that forms part of Highway Number 17 and a line drawn southerly from the east boundary of Lot 8, Concession C, to an unnamed island at the mouth of the Sturgeon River and westerly from the northwesterly extremity of that island to the westerly shore of the Sturgeon River as shown on the plan of the Township of Springer.

(3) The waters of Lake Nipissing lying between the water’s edge along the shore of Iron Island at approximate Latitude 46°16′N., Longitude 79°53′W. in the Territorial District of Nipissing and a line 100 m in perpendicular distance from the said water’s edge of Iron Island.

(4) The waters of the South River lying between the bridge that forms part of Highway Number 654 and the northerly boundary of Concession XIV in the Township of Nipissing in the Territorial District of Parry Sound.

(1) The waters of Blue Jay Creek in the geographic Township of Tehkummah in the Territorial District of Manitoulin.

(2) The waters of that part of the Manitou River in the Township of Tehkummah in the Territorial District of Manitoulin lying between the bridge on the Government Road in Lot 25 in Concession IV and Michael Bay of Lake Huron.

(3) The waters of Mindemoya River in Carnarvon Township from the bridge (dam) on Highway 551/542 downstream to the bridge on Highway 551 (just south from the Village of Providence Bay).

(4) The waters of the Kagawong River in Billings Township from the bridge (dam) on the Kagawong River at Highway 540 downstream to the bridge on Henry Street in the Village of Kagawong (local name of the street that proceeds northerly from the main street to Concession 16 road of Billings Township, crossing the Kagawong River).

(5) The waters of Manitou River in Tehkummah Township from the bridge on Government Road downstream to the mouth of Manitou River at Michael’s Bay on Lake Huron.

(6) The waters of Blue Jay Creek in Tehkummah Township from the bridge on Concession VI in Tehkummah Township, downstream to the mouth of Blue Jay Creek at Michael’s Bay on Lake Huron.

(7) The waters of that part of Bass Creek (45º48′N., 82º01′W.) from the culvert on Highway 6 downstream to the mouth of Bass Creek at Sheguiandah Bay.

(1) The waters of that part of the Mississippi River and Crotch Lake in the geographic Township of Palmerston in the County of Frontenac from the upstream side of Sidedam Rapids to a line drawn perpendicular to the northern shore of Skull Island (44°57′N., 75°48′W.).

(2) The waters of Ashby Lake (45°05′N., 77°21′W.) in the Geographic Township of Ashby.

(3) The waters of Barker Lake (45°07′N., 77°23′W.) in the Geographic Township of Ashby.

(4) The waters of Fox Lake (45°06′N., 77°20′W.) in the Geographic Township of Ashby/Denbigh.

(5) The waters of Joeperry Lake (44°55′N., 77°18′W.) in the Geographic Township of Effingham.

(6) The waters of Kishkebus Lake (44°54′N., 77°10′W.) in the Geographic Township of Barrie.

(7) The waters of Leatherroot Lake (45°10′N., 77°13′W.) in the Geographic Township of Denbigh.

(1) The waters of that part of the Root River in the Territorial District of Kenora, Patricia Portion, lying between Latitude 50°39′N. and Latitude 50°42′30″N.

(2) The waters of the mouth of the Wenasaga River extending from the rapids situated at 50º39′50″N., 93º10′30″W. to the most southerly sides of the unnamed islands situated at the point where the Wenasaga River enters Lac Seul.

(3) The waters of Vaughan Lake (Latitude 50°13′N., Longitude 92°22′W.) in the Territorial District of Kenora.

(4) The waters of that part of the Root River lying between Latitude 50°52′30″N. and Latitude 50°42′30″N.

(7) The waters of that part of the Chukuni River and Hoyles Bay of Red Lake, situated at approximately 51°09′30″N., 93°45′30″W., in the geographic Townships of McDonough and Bateman, in the Territorial District of Kenora, Patricia Portion, lying between the first narrows of Little Vermilion Lake at the beginning of the outflow of the Chukuni River, and then downstream to include Hoyles Bay of Red Lake, marked by a line drawn from the northwest point of East Narrows, then due west to the peninsula on the west shore of Hoyles Bay.

(8) The waters of that part of Golden Creek and East Bay of Red Lake, situated at approximately 51°10′30″N., 93°40′30″W., in the geographic Township of Bateman, in the Territorial District of Kenora, Patricia Portion, lying between the Pine Ridge Road and a line drawn northwest from the first point of land immediately west of Pindar Creek to a point on the opposite shore of East Bay.

(9) The waters of that part of an unnamed creek known locally as Parker Creek and an unnamed bay of Red Lake, situated at approximate Latitude 51°01′N., Longitude 93°59′W. in the geographic Township of Fairlie in the Territorial District of Kenora, Patricia Portion, extending from the top of the rapids at the outlet of Parker Lake to a line drawn across the mouth of the said unnamed bay.

(10) The waters of Ranger Lake, Ranger Creek and the north portion of Gullrock Lake in the geographic Township of Ranger, in the Territorial District of Kenora, Patricia Portion, marked by a line drawn from a point of land on the west shore of Gullrock Lake, approximately 51°02′N., 94°35′W., running southeasterly to the point of land at 51°01′30″N., 93°34′50″W., on the east shore.

(11) The waters of the south half of Bruce Lake (50°47′N., 93°22′W.) in the Territorial District of Kenora, Patricia Portion, lying between Highway 105 and the causeway of the Griffith mine site.

(12) The waters of that part of an unnamed bay on the western shore of Pakwash Lake, known locally as Fisherman’s Bay, situated at approximate Latitude 50°46′N., Longitude 93°32′W. in the Territorial District of Kenora, Patricia Portion, lying west of a line drawn in a general northerly direction across the mouth of the said bay from the most northeasterly point of land on the peninsula at the southeast corner of the bay to a point on the north shore of the bay marked by a buoy.

(13) The waters of the North Arm of Savant Lake in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the water’s edge along the southerly shore of a bay of the North Arm of Savant Lake with a line drawn on a course of north astronomic a distance of 0.700 km, more or less, from a point on the north boundary of the geographic Township of Savant distant 1.93 km measured easterly thereon from the northwest corner of that township; thence north astronomically across that bay to the water’s edge along the northerly shore thereof; thence in a general westerly direction along that water’s edge to the intersection with a line drawn on a course of north astronomic from a point on the north boundary of the geographic Township of Savant distant 1.10 km measured easterly thereon from the northwest corner of that township; thence south astronomically along that line to the intersection with the water’s edge along the southerly shore of the bay of the North Arm of Savant Lake; thence in a general southeasterly and northeasterly direction following that water’s edge to the place of beginning.

(14) The waters of Lee Lake (Latitude 50°56′N., Longitude 94°11′W.) in the geographic Townships of Mulcahy and Killala in the Territorial District of Kenora, Patricia Portion.

(15) The waters of that part of the Vermillion River in the Territorial District of Kenora lying between Elbow Lake (Latitude 50°21′N., Longitude 91°35′W.) and Expanse Lake (Latitude 50°20′30″N., Longitude 91°44′30″W.) and the tributaries thereto draining into the hereinbefore described part of the Vermilion River.

(17) The waters of Alford Lake (Latitude 51°08′N., Longitude 94°00′W.) in the Township of Graves in the Territorial District of Kenora.
