7.2 The Commodity Board of the province in which the designated facilities are located shall, on behalf of the Agency, allot export market development quotas to producers in a manner that the aggregate of the number of dozens of eggs authorized to be marketed under any export market development quota during the period set out in Schedule 1.3 does not exceed the aggregate of the number of dozens of eggs set out in column 2 of that Schedule in respect of that province.
