10.6 The Minister may suspend or cancel a CSA authorization if

• (a) the authorization has been obtained on the basis of false or misleading information;

• (b) the CSA importer or CSA carrier no longer meets the requirements under subsection 10.5(1);

• (c) the CSA importer or CSA carrier fails to maintain its undertaking or to respect one or more the obligations in its undertaking;

• (d) the CSA importer or CSA carrier becomes insolvent; or

• (e) the CSA importer or CSA carrier so requests.
