Fees for Records Regulations

3 The fees referred to in sections 4 and 5 are the fees payable by persons from whom any record is obtained for the purposes of the Act, or on whose behalf any record is given to an officer for the purposes of the Act, and for whom a service referred to in those sections is provided by an official under section 107 of the Act.
