Privacy Act Extension Order No. 1

2 The right to be given access to personal information under subsection 12(1) of the Privacy Act is hereby extended to include an inmate within the meaning of Part I of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act who is not a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident within the meaning of the Immigration Act, 1976Footnote ¹.
