642 For the purpose of subsection 5(1) of the Act, the information set out in column 2 of the table to this section must be collected in accordance with CSA C657, Test Procedure A, and provided to the Minister in respect of a commercial refrigerator-freezer described in column 1.

  • (a) Edaily;

  • (b) AV; and

  • (c) for each compartment tested at the lowest temperature setting, the integrated average temperature, expressed in degrees Celsius, at the lowest temperature setting.

2Commercial refrigerator-freezers that are transparent and manufactured on or after April 1, 2007 and before January 1, 2012

  • (a) Edaily;

  • (b) AV; and

  • (c) for each compartment tested at the lowest temperature setting, the integrated average temperature, expressed in degrees Celsius, at the lowest temperature setting.

3Commercial refrigerator-freezers that are open or transparent, and manufactured on or after January 1, 2012

  • (a) Edaily;

  • (b) for each of compartment tested at the lowest temperature setting, the integrated average temperature, expressed in degrees Celsius, at the lowest temperature setting; and

  • (c) for each compartment, its equipment class designation and TDA.
