381 For the purpose of subsection 5(1) of the Act, the following information must be collected in accordance with CSA B211-00 and provided to the Minister in respect of an oil-fired water heater:
(a) its Vr;
(b) its input rate, expressed in kilowatts;
(c) its recovery efficiency;
(d) its energy factor; and
(e) its first hour rating, expressed in litres.
