 For the purpose of subsection 5(1) of the Act, the information set out in column 3 of the table to this section must be collected in accordance with the standard set out in column 2 and provided to the Minister in respect of a single package central air conditioner described in column 1.

  • (a) product classification set out in Column II of Table 1 of CSA C656-14;

  • (b) phase of electric current;

  • (c) cooling capacity, in kW (Btu/h);

  • (d) information that indicates whether the product is small-duct and high-velocity; and

  • (e) seasonal energy efficiency ratio.

  • (a) product classification set out in Column II of Table 1 of CSA C656-05;

  • (b) phase of electric current;

  • (c) cooling capacity, in kW (Btu/h);

  • (d) information that indicates whether the product is through-the-wall; and

  • (e) seasonal energy efficiency ratio.
