 For the purpose of subsection 5(1) of the Act, the information set out in column 3 of the table to this section must be collected in accordance with the standard set out in column 2 and provided to the Minister in respect of a large air conditioner described in column 1.

  • (c) energy efficiency ratio;

  • (d) IEER; and

  • (e) information that indicates whether the product has a heating section and, if so, whether it is electric or other than electric.

  • (a) product classification set out in Column II of Table 1 of CSA C746-17;

  • (b) cooling capacity, in kW (Btu/h);

  • (c) energy efficiency ratio;
