Order Designating Public Office Holders and Reporting Public Office Holders under Section 62.2 of the Conflict of Interest Act

2 For the purpose of paragraph (e) of the definition public office holder in subsection 2(1) of the Act, the following persons are designated as public office holders:

• (a) the Governor and the Deputy Governor appointed under subsection 6(1) of the Bank of Canada Act;

• (b) the Directors appointed under subsection 23(1) of the Museums Act;

• (c) the Chief Executive Officer appointed under section 17 of the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse Act;

• (d) the President appointed under subsection 6(1) of the National Arts Centre Act; and

• (e) the chief executive officers appointed under subsection 13(1.1) of the Pilotage Act.
