Marginal note:Referral to panel

• 2 (1) On receipt of a property taxation law referred to in paragraph 10(a) of the Act that was submitted to the Commission for approval, the Commission may refer the law to a panel composed of one or more Commissioners to conduct a review of it under section 31 of the Act.

  (2) On receipt of any other property taxation law, or a law made under paragraph 5(1)(c) of the Act, that was submitted to the Commission for approval, the Commission may refer the law to a panel composed of three or more Commissioners to conduct a review of it under section 31 of the Act.
