Traffic on the Land Side of Airports Regulations
4 (1) An airport operator may, in order to ensure the safety of persons and goods and the efficient operation of the airport, erect or have erected or place or have placed signs
(a) regulating
(i) the rate of speed of vehicles or classes of vehicles, and
(ii) the load limit or dimensions for vehicles or classes of vehicles;
(b) regulating or prohibiting
(i) the parking or stopping of vehicles or classes of vehicles, and
(ii) the movement of vehicles or classes of vehicles; and
(c) designating
(i) areas for the parking of vehicles or classes of vehicles,
(ii) areas for the parking of vehicles operated by a person or a class of persons,
(iii) areas for the loading or unloading of vehicles or classes of vehicles, and
(iv) roads as one-way roads.
(2) An enforcement officer authorized under section 21 may, for the purpose of ensuring the safety of persons and goods and the efficient operation of the airport, give instructions for directing or controlling traffic.
