Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 4(11)Footnote a and paragraph 40(g) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements ActFootnote b, hereby makes the annexed Offshore Minerals Revenue Election Regulations.

Election
1 A province referred to in subsection 4(11) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act shall make the election referred to in that subsection by informing the Minister of Finance of that election in writing.
Coming into Force
2 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
