Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, is pleased hereby, pursuant to the definition deputy head in subsection 2(1) of the Public Service Employment Act, to designate for the purposes of that Act the Registrar of the Competition Tribunal as the deputy head of that portion of the Public Service of Canada appointed under subsection 14(2) of the Competition Tribunal Act.
