Order Designating the Minister of Canadian Heritage as the Minister for the Purposes of the Physical Activity and Sport Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport ActFootnote ^a,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-782 of July 26, 2023Footnote ^b; and
- Return to footnote ^bSI/2023-52
(b) designates the Minister of Canadian Heritage, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
