• Return to footnote ^aS.C. 2000, c. 9

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-778 of July 26, 2023Footnote ^b; and

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/2023-48

• (b) designates the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
