Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 8 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation ActFootnote a,
(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1362 of November 20, 2019Footnote b; and
(b) designates the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
