Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Shared Services Canada ActFootnote a,
(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2012-959 of June 29, 2012Footnote b; and
(b) designates the Minister of State (Digital Government), a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
