• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2017-1110 of August 28, 2017Footnote ^b and Order in Council P.C. 2018-42 of January 29, 2018Footnote ^c;

  • Return to footnote ^bSI/2017-46

  • Return to footnote ^cSI/2018-14

• (b) designates the Minister of Health, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of physical activity; and

• (c) designates the Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.
