His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the National Capital ActFootnote ^a,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2011-0583 of May 18, 2011Footnote ^b, and

• (b) designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the National Capital ActFootnote ^a,

effective February 9, 2015.
