NOTICE OF MOTION

TAKE NOTICE THAT an application will be made to the presiding judge of the Court of Appeal, sitting in chambers, at the Court House, 2425 Victoria Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan on Wednesday the blank line day of blank line, 20 blank line at 10:00 AM, or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, for an order that the applicant be released from custody pending the determination of this appeal pursuant to section 679 of the Criminal Code (Canada).

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT the following material will be filed in support of the application:

  • (a) This Notice of Motion;

  • (b) The affidavit of blank line in Form M;

  • (c) Any other material that the applicant considers relevant to the application.
